Sr. Occupational Therapist
NATURE OF WORK &
Responsibilities:
Will work as part of an inpatient rehab team on diagnosis specific units. Performs initial evaluation and treatment of patients; Responsible to provide patient care for inpatient as well as outpatient coverage if the need arises; Assist Lead Therapist with mentoring and or orientation of new or newly rotated staff; participate in OT student programming; other duties as assigned. You must pass competencies for this position

Salary Range:
From $72195 to $89335 Annually
Minimum Qualification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
Must be licensed and currently registered to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New York AND have one year of post licensure occupational therapy experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
1-2 years of experience with neuro and non neuro patient care. Experience with Meditech documentation as well as Medilinks/Wellsky. Knowledge of inpatient Medicare guidelines for documentation. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
